The first stage of the project involved five high schools in Łódź: I, XII, XXI, XXVI, and XXXI – third-year and graduating students studying science (or science combined with language studies) and companies from the technology sector. The next stage included technical colleges and other secondary schools in Łódź.
The aim of the project is to encourage young people to tie their future to Łódź by making high school students aware of the prospects and job opportunities in Łódź and helping young people plan their professional careers.
By organizing this event, we want to convince all young people that it is worth choosing Łódź as a city to study, work, and live in, because we have great universities in Łódź (Politechnika Łódzka, Uniwersytet Łódzki, Uniwersytet Medyczny w Łodzi, Akademia Muzyczna im. Grażyny i Kiejstuta Bacewiczów w Łodzi, Szkoła Filmowa w Łodzi / PWSFTviT, Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi),the “Youth in Łódź” program, which is unique in Poland, and high-quality workplaces.
During the next stages of the project, we are going to involve other companies and students from language and biology/chemistry classes.

We expanded the second stage of the project to include biology, chemistry, and language classes from high schools in Łódź, as well as technicians from Technical School No. 10 of the Electronics and IT School Complex in Łódź, Technical School No. 9 from the KEN Technical School Complex in Łódź, Maria Piotrowiczowa High School No. 13 in Łódź, Rev. Prof. Tischner High School No. 23 in Łódź, S. Żeromski High School No. 25 in Łódź, Jan Nowak-Jeziorański Technical and IT School Complex in Łódź, Marshal J. Piłsudski Technical Education School Complex in Łódź, Emilia Szczaniecka High School No. 4 in Łódź
