SCRUM MASTER

How are we going to challenge you?

You will work with foreign clients who represent different levels of expertise in working in Agile methodology. You will be responsible for accurately selecting practices that suit best a particular project at any time in the development process. You will work on creating and maintaining proper cooperation in the Development Team.

What do we need from you?

Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices
Experience in leading change
Very good command of English
Independency and good work-organizing skills
Leadership qualities: proactivity, openness, emotional intelligence
