You will:

  • be responsible for administrative site of ongoing recruitment processes (scheduling interviews and candidate, offer and onboarding management in ATS tool)
  • be the point of contact for the business regarding temporary workers conversions including reporting, cooperation with hiring managers and setting wages
  • work closely with staffing agencies to fill the contingent headcount needs and be their first point of contact
  • manage end-to-end recruitment processes for junior, graduate or intern roles
  • be supporting Talent Acquisition team in many diverse activities depending on the needs

Essential Requirements

  • experience in temporary workforce hiring and conversions will be an asset
  • experience in recruitment processes administration in an ATS
  • ability to communicate easily in English and fluently in Polish

Desirable Requirements

  • managing end-to-end recruitment processes for junior roles
