We are now looking for a student to join the team responsible for Payments.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Payment Services. We add value by by supporting Nordea customers in the Cash Management Value Chain. Being part of our team you will be responsible for delivering task related to payments area according to standards.
What you’ll be doing:
-Actively gain process knowledge to provide required service level,
-Execute payments according to procedures and within cut-offs,
-Servicing common mailbox,
-Cooperating with stakeholders and supporting Customer Service units in solving payment related queries
You’ll join a young, energetic team, working with passion and customer in mind. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
-Good English- written and spoken (B1)
-Good knowledge of MS Office tools
