Service Desk Analyst integrated in an International Team will provide IT user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- diagnoses and resolve first level technical and software issues
- research questions using available information resources
- advise user on appropriate action
- follows standard Service Desk procedures
- logs all Service Desk interactions
- administers Service Desk software
- redirect problems to correct resource
- identifies and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- prepares activity reports (nice to have if they have SQL or OQL experience)
- informs management of recurring problems
- stays current with system information, changes, and updates
Your skills:
- fluent English
- working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
- knowledge and experience of customer service practices based on ITIL
- related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing Service Desk support
