Service Desk Analyst integrated in an International Team will provide IT user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • diagnoses and resolve first level technical and software issues
  • research questions using available information resources
  • advise user on appropriate action
  • follows standard Service Desk procedures
  • logs all Service Desk interactions
  • administers Service Desk software
  • redirect problems to correct resource
  • identifies and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • prepares activity reports (nice to have if they have SQL or OQL experience)
  • informs management of recurring problems
  • stays current with system information, changes, and updates

 

Your skills:

  • fluent English
  • working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
  • knowledge and experience of customer service practices based on ITIL
  • related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing Service Desk support
