Key responsibilities:
- Proactive collection to ensure timely payments from customers
- Complete reviews of new customer financial data to determine an appropriate level of credit limit
- Contact with customers for payment details
- Credit assessment and blocked order release
- Participation in improvement projects
- Cooperation with other team members
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Spanish (min. C1 level)
- At least secondary education (High School diploma)
- Min. 1 year of experience in F&A or customer service area
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
Knowledge of Portuguese will be an asset!
