Workplace: Lodz, Poland

With reference to the further development and expansion we are looking for candidates for the position of Junior Process Officer in Employment Administration Team. The position we offer

  • Processing HR data in daily work (preparing employment documents, registering data in HR system, preparing data reports, administrative support for recruitment, on-bording & payroll)
  • Taking part in life-cycle process for Nordic employees as an administrator of core HR processes (hard HR)
  • Taking part in HR international projects
  • Implementing and improving new HR procedures
  • Daily cooperation with stakeholders, vendors and employees seated in the Nordic countries

The qualifications you need

  • Graduates or students of 4th or 5th years with willingness to work full-time
  • English on communicative level (at least B1)
  • Computer literacy
  • Interest and willingness to grow in an international environment – HR Core area (hard HR processes)
  • Experience in HR is not required
