Your responsibilities:

  • Preparing analyzes and reports on HR indicators
  • Preparing employment budgets and salary reviews
  • Building a unified reporting system
  • Preparing data for financial reserves and payroll data, including settlement of working hours and bonuses
  • Supervision of the established remuneration structure and job levels, as well as their updating
  • Participation in the implementation of new data analysis and payroll systems, including recommending modern solutions

Our requirements:

  • Higher education, preferred in the field of economics / finance / management / HR
  • Experience in working in a position related to HR analyzes (especially in the area of ​​remuneration)
  • Practical knowledge of processes such as budgeting, salary review and knowledge of labor law
  • Experience in project work improving HR processes
  • English at a level enabling free communication
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from analyzes performed and recommend solutions
  • Independence in action and taking own initiatives
