Your responsibilities:
- Preparing analyzes and reports on HR indicators
- Preparing employment budgets and salary reviews
- Building a unified reporting system
- Preparing data for financial reserves and payroll data, including settlement of working hours and bonuses
- Supervision of the established remuneration structure and job levels, as well as their updating
- Participation in the implementation of new data analysis and payroll systems, including recommending modern solutions
Our requirements:
- Higher education, preferred in the field of economics / finance / management / HR
- Experience in working in a position related to HR analyzes (especially in the area of remuneration)
- Practical knowledge of processes such as budgeting, salary review and knowledge of labor law
- Experience in project work improving HR processes
- English at a level enabling free communication
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from analyzes performed and recommend solutions
- Independence in action and taking own initiatives
