Daily tasks

As Back-Office Banking Officer you will play an important role in supporting internal financial processes for branches of the Nordea bank in Denmark, Norway, Sweden or Finland. In this position you won’t need to talk directly to our customers but you can still have an impact on their business. We work on internal applications and Nordea systems that we will teach you how to use.

This is a full time opportunity, available for candidates willing to work 40 hours per week.

What you will do:

  • Update, supervise and approve data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations in the Nordea Group
  • Track orders in applications and systems and complete orders on time
  • Propose changes to improve performance in terms of tasks (you will learn LEAN methodology here)
  • Cooperate with branches of the Nordea Group in Scandinavia

Skills you have:
