The best students can apply for one of the scholarships founded by Łódź’s companies – partners of Youth in Łódź Programme.
Students can also apply for refund costs of academic dorm accommodation or join free IT courses.
So far we have organized 18 editions of employers’ scholarship programme and have received 15,000 applications.
706 students received financial scholarships, while 101 students benefited from the free academic dorm. 491 students participated in language or IT courses.
How to apply for a scholarship?
You must study one of the indicated fields of study and your grade average from the last two semesters must be at least 4.0.
*You must also meet other requirements of the employer. (The requirements for every scholarship are listed in the scholarship programme regulations.)
Students can apply for as many scholarships as they want but have to choose one if they end up getting selected for multiple.
Applicants must attach supporting documents(certificates,internships,courses projects or reference letters) as PDF files or via a shared Google Drive Folder.
Additonal activities (internships,courses projects,student organisation) are assessed based on the student’s entire period of study.
Important:If supporting documents are not attached,the activities listed in the application will not be scored,which reduces the chances of receiving a scholarship.

WHEN SHOULD THE APPLICATION FORM BE SUBMITTED?
The final and non-extendable deadline for accepting applications was October 26, 2025.
Scholars are chosen by the scholarship commission consisting of representatives of Universities, the City of Łódź Office and Youth in a Łódź programme.
The student with the highest number of points becomes a scholarship holder of the given employer.
