THE ROLE
We are seeking Interns for our Virtual Internship Program in 2022. The program will take place during summer (June – September). Our Internships provide an opportunity for motivated individuals to work on projects in one of our many functions in a professional, global environment. Interns will also participate in a company-wide intern program that promotes professional development, networking, cross-functional collaboration and community involvement. The work will be undertaken remotely and training will be provided virtually.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
– Acts as a contributing member of the team.
– Contributes in various projects and initiatives.
– Presents key learning and results to the leadership team at the conclusion of internship.
– Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in chosen area of interest.
– Prior internship experience a plus, but not required.
– Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with individuals across the organization.
– Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills,
organizational skills, and taking accountability for tasks and issues.
– Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
– Quick thinking, initiative taking, thirst for learning and unafraid to be out of comfort
zone. Willingness to take responsibility.
– The ability to work in diverse and a fast-moving environment.
– The personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from the crowd!
