About this opportunity
Welcome to the People Direct PL team. We add value by providing first class support for Nordea employees and leaders with HR and system related questions. As the Student in Nordea – HR Team, you’ll have an unique chance to develop your HR/People skills, but also get to know HR processes, as well as HR systems and applications that are used worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing support to employees and leaders with their HR/People related questions through chat, phone & ticket system
- Supporting employees and leaders with HR system related questions
- Tracking, routing & and re-directing questions to the other People teams
- Active participation in our internal projects & initiatives
You’ll join a a team consisting of passionate, ambitious and ready to take action colleagues. Team is focused on development and providing employee service with the highest quality & service culture. Work is performed during standard work hours (8-16). The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

- Are willing to develop in Human Resources area
- Have English skills on communicative level (B1/B2)
