We are looking for a Student to join People Managed Services. This is an opportunity for you to be responsible for reporting and analysis data related with processes and tasks in whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employment and payroll data administration to offboarding.

About this opportunity
You’ll join People Managed Services team where you’ll play a valuable role in assuring that all queries are taken care of in timely manner. You will be gaining knowledge & experience in most common HR applications & office tools: SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Mega Hopex, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, SharePoint & other MS Office elements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing a Monthly and ad-hoc reports, providing statistics and analysis to accurately present people and workload data.
* Participate in preparing process documentation (process maps, record of processing, process controls).
* Liaising with Group People colleagues and other stakeholders based in the Nordic countries, and locally in Poland.

* Have a strong analytical mindset, positive drive and can-do attitude (preferably someone experienced in data analysis, math or economy student)
* Know MS Office, MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA) and are ready to broaden your knowledge.
* Are familiar with process modelling, like improvements and organized work structure.
* Are a self-starter that is used to deliver strong performances by working both individually and as part of a team.
* Are an innovative and curious person who gets pleasure from driving change and enjoy challenges.
* Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, PowerAutomate would be an asset
