Your Tasks:
– Support the process managers in maintenance and improvement of internal engineering development process according to industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF16949, and ISO26262;
– Drive deployment of ZF engineering processes by creation and execution of trainings in international project teams;
– Coaching of international product development teams in understanding process expectations to ensure that process elements are supporting their development activities;
– Interface between projects and process managers and process owner to maintain and improve the engineering process according to industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF16949 and ISO26262.
Your Profile:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher;
– Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, especially in embedded software products;
– Pronounced analytical skills and process understanding;
– Good moderation and communication skills;
– Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Nice to have skills:
– Experience in cybersecurity development;
– Knowledge and experience with ISO26262;
– Knowledge and experience in the application of Automotive SPICE;
– Experience in modelling tool “Stages”.
