About this opportunity

Welcome to the Mortgage Lending NO 1 team. We add value by delivering the highest quality services to our customers. As the Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in delivery building friendly and effective environment within our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with collaterals and documents
  • Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance to the procedures and regulations
  • Taking care of creating and updating process documentations and procedures
  • Communicating and cooperating with internal stakeholders and other bank representatives
  • Building and maintaining professional relationship with external and internal stakeholders and customers
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in branches of the Nordea Group in Norway
  • Working with internal and external applications
  • Working with procedures to meet customers’ needs, as well as ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
  • Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility, to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost (LEAN methodology)
  • Analysing and assessing risks
  • Working based on full-time job contract

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office tools
