About this opportunity

Welcome to the Common Service Line team. We add value by providing first class support for Nordea employees and leaders with HR-related enquiries. As the People Consultant in Common Services, you’ll play a crucial role in setting up and developing leadership support common services, by engaging in project work and supporting the leaders in complex people and organizational challenges. You will be serving People leaders as a trusted sparring partner when things are not so easy to deal with.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with people professionals and leaders from all countries and all business areas, in order to bring people expertise in empathetical and professional way.
  • Driving and participating in projects from HR area, with strategic meaning for the business.
  • As a role model connecting, creating immediate trust and credibility and at the same time challenging leaders to improve the organization.
  • Taking ownership, acting highly flexibly and teaming up in a seamless collaboration across the value chain in order to deliver best in class and to-the-point people service for Nordea leaders in any case.

  • Experienced people professional, able to communicate in a manner that creates understanding and builds trust.
  • Able to solve complex problems also through project management and coaching.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and can make a rational judgement from existing information.
  • Demonstrate integrity and strong coaching skills, as well as excellent time management and ability to prioritize.

Your experience and background:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in driving or participating in HR related projects.
  • University degree in HR management, or similar, would be an asset.
