Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for office operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Performing minor renovations and maintenance.
- Configuring and distributing GSM equipment.
- Encoding office access cards.
- Assisting in company car fleet management.
- Supporting OHS, fire protection, and IMS maintenance.
- Preparing reports, summaries, and analyses.
- Collaborating with HR, Employer Branding, and CSR.
- Ensuring office functionality, cleanliness, and issue resolution.
- Supporting process improvements and technical initiatives.
- Ordering office equipment and setting up workstations per OHS standards.
Requirements:
- Preferred degree in Management, Administration, or a related field;
- Communicative level of English and Polish (spoken and written);
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Valid category B driving license (must-have);
- Creativity, openness to new challenges, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong manual and technical skills.
