Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for office operations and daily administrative tasks.
  • Performing minor renovations and maintenance.
  • Configuring and distributing GSM equipment.
  • Encoding office access cards.
  • Assisting in company car fleet management.
  • Supporting OHS, fire protection, and IMS maintenance.
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and analyses.
  • Collaborating with HR, Employer Branding, and CSR.
  • Ensuring office functionality, cleanliness, and issue resolution.
  • Supporting process improvements and technical initiatives.
  • Ordering office equipment and setting up workstations per OHS standards.

Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in Management, Administration, or a related field;
  • Communicative level of English and Polish (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Valid category B driving license (must-have);
  • Creativity, openness to new challenges, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong manual and technical skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of GSM equipment and services.
