About this opportunity
Welcome to the Investigations FI team. We add value by by processing domestic and international payment orders and handle investigation around payments flow. As (Junior) Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in Payment Services Operations analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven’t been able to process automatically, due to insuffcient or incorect information.
What you’ll be doing:
-Handling manual tasks that are related to domestic and international transactions processing in local applications
-Securing payments flow for Nordea Finland customers,
-Independently solving issues in terms of customers and foreign banks requests and complaints,
-Working with multiple stakeholders in Payment Services and Customer Service located in Nordic countries,
-Contributing to the improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes.
You’ll join a an open and friendly team that is very proactive and engaged in daily work, strongly focused on a client, high quality and constant development.
The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
-Graduated at least secondary school,
-Professional English skills (spoken and written at least B2 level),
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
