About this opportunity

Welcome to the Production – Cards Team 2 team. We add value by handling Card registration, Card maitenance and handle invoice and payments for both Commercial and Consumer customers. As the Junior Process Officer / Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in our team, but also get the chance to cooperate with teams acrosss Cards Services Poland and with our Nordic Stakeholoders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with Cards registration for Consumer and Commercial customers
  • Handling Card maintenance cases and Account Receivables
  • Getting experience in back up structure across the team
  • Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
  • Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated poeple, creating fantastic atmosphere in whole Cards Department. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Communicative English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Analytical skills
