About this opportunity
Welcome to the Product Onboarding DK/NO team! We add value by onboarding new clients to electronic banking channels designed to provide corporate customers with easy access to all essential banking services. As the Junior Process Officer In Product Onboarding DK/NO, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services on a high level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling both complex and routine tasks within Corporate Cash Management portfolio
- Gaining process knowledge in order to provide required service level
- Actively developing yourself
- Identifying and proposing improvements within area of responsibility in order to improve process efficiency
- Cooperating with international stakeholders across Nordea
You’ll join a team of amazing, communicative and supportive people. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- English on communicative level (at least B1+)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
