Customer onboarding and maintenance.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Customer Onboarding FI team. We add value by operating and supporting Finnish customers, starts from online onboarding, through the customer maintenance on daily basis. As (Junior) Process Officer in Onboarding Services you’ll play a valuable role in onboarding Nordic customers, opening new services and products and making changes on existing ones

What you’ll be doing:

-customer onboarding based on online application from client
-processing daily tasks from Finnish advisors including: opening services/products, credit transfers, changes on existing accounts, closing of services/products
-responding on e-mail messages from Finnish advisors and looking for solutions in regards to processes.

You’ll join an open and friendly group of people, who is highly focused on customers, delivering high quality services, constantly looking for improving our daily work and development. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

-English language skills on communicative level (at least B1)
-MS Office tools (at least basic level)
