About this opportunity
As a Dispute process officer, you’ll work with interesting process, investigate disputed transactions and work with MasterCard and VISA regulations of chargebacks. In Cards department, we handling various processes related to credit and debit cards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with Disputes process for Norwegian and Swedish customers
- Getting experience in interesting, and based on international regulations, process
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
- Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
- Working in great team and nice atmosphere
