About this opportunity

Welcome to the Disputes – Cards Team 4 team. We add value by handling various processes related to credit and debit cards. As the Junior Process Officer in Cards Team, you’ll play a valuable role in working with interesting process, investigate disputed transactions and work with MasterCard and VISA regulations of chargebacks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with disputes process for Norwegian and Swedish customers
  • Getting experience in interesting and based on international regulations process
  • Creating and updating documentation & procedures regarding assigned tasks
  • Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
  • Working in great team and nice atmosphere

The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English on good level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Analytical skills
