About this opportunity
Welcome to the Cards -Disputes Team 3 team. We add value by investigating fraud and other transactions claimed by our customers, based on MasterCard and Visa rules with proceed with chargeback and we try to win cases for our cutomers. As a Junior/ Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in creating great customer experience by being part of Dispute team and taking necessesary decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
– Working with Disputes process for Danish and Finnish customers.
– Getting experience in interesting and based on international regulations process.
– Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks.
– Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes.
You’ll join a group of experienced and dedicated specialists who will share their knowledge with you and warmly welcome you in our team. The role is based in Łódź (Cross Point).
