As a Junior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for day-to-day operations within your Client Unit in UK or Asia-Pacific region. You will be supporting everyday activities within your account as a member of PMO team.
Description:
- Provide support within Project Management Office
- Maintain and update project management reporting tools, rosters, trackers, document repositories etc.
- Prepare reports and calculation charts on project financials, forecasts, resources, actuals etc.
- Follow processes within the account (month end actions, mandatory trainings etc.)
- Liaise with corporate functions across GFT Group to execute requested tasks
- Administrative tasks including facilitating meetings, trips, meeting minutes, workshops, laptop inventory etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel will be an asset
- Analytical thinking
- Accuracy in deliverables – focus on details
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Able to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced environment
