As a Junior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for day-to-day operations within your Client Unit in UK or Asia-Pacific region. You will be supporting everyday activities within your account as a member of PMO team.

Description:

  • Provide support within Project Management Office
  • Maintain and update project management reporting tools, rosters, trackers, document repositories etc.
  • Prepare reports and calculation charts on project financials, forecasts, resources, actuals etc.
  • Follow processes within the account (month end actions, mandatory trainings etc.)
  • Liaise with corporate functions across GFT Group to execute requested tasks
  • Administrative tasks including facilitating meetings, trips, meeting minutes, workshops, laptop inventory etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel will be an asset
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy in deliverables – focus on details
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Able to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced environment
