Welcome to the Transaction Data & Analytics Team which enables TxB and our customers to become more data driven. Our ambition is set high with the aim of becoming a leading Data & Analytics unit in the Nordic Transaction Banking market. We add value by creating actionable customer insights to optimise existing business while at the same time exploring new revenue opportunities and improving efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver high quality Customer Fee Reports according to requirements.
  • Support in developing the Customer Fee Report to the next level.
  • Run use cases from start to end including execution and follow-up.
  • Perform ad hoc data analyses and recommendations.
  • Support and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.

You’ll join a strategically important area getting all the support needed to succeed. The Data & Customer Insights team is part of the unit TxB Business Development which consists of common divisional capabilities that serve the whole Transaction Banking area and our 9,5 million personal and corporate customers.

The role is based in Łódź.

Your profile and background:

  • 1+ years Business experience working with excel manging large data sets and preparing statistics.
  • You are a social, curious and pragmatic teamplayer.
  • You are business minded, analytical and have excellent communication skills in English (both in text and verbal).
  • Some experience in other data tools an advantage, for example: Python, Power BI, SQL.
  • A strong interest in developing your data skills and understanding.
