Your responsibilities
- Lead the supplier selection process (RFx): prepare requests, analyze offers and recommend the best solutions;
- Assist in managing Capex for production procurement;
- Build and grow relationships with suppliers and actively seek new partners;
- Take part in negotiations and contract preparation and support of shaping purchasing strategy;
- Collaborate with Material Group Managers on optimization projects and mange of bottlenecks.
Our requirements
- Master degree or comparable, preferably in management, economics, logistics or related fields;
- First professional experience in corporate environment (experience in Sourcing & Procurement within an international production environment will be an asset);
- Intercultural experience e.g. through semester or internship abroad and willingness to work in different locations worldwide;
- Very good English language skills (German language skills would be an asset);
- Strong analytic thinking skills and a business mindset, to master future challenges by contributing with fresh ideas and willingness to go the extra mile;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships in an international environment;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, courage and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
