As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
As a Graduate in Commercial, you will be able to work and support Commercial, Sales and Marketing team in various projects:
- Project work on implementation of Pricing tools and further develop Value Pricing
- Check that all commercial Tools (RFQ), Data (Price Curves) and processes are robust, up to date, and properly used by sales teams, BU commercial teams and site commercial teams.
- Analysis of Pre vs Post calculations
- Product Management: reporting on customer and tender negotiations, establishing pricing, managing pricing performance.
- Sales processes – tracking and follow up (analysis, reports, presentations, working on CRM).
- Devise customer specific values propositions.
- Customer Contract Management: contribute to developing contracts with huge multinational firms, monitor performance of these contracts, ensure compliance at all times.
- Strategic Business Development: supporting the Sales and Marketing team to ensure strategic growth of key accounts, as well as identifying any new markets or customers.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related
- Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) within commercial, pricing, sales, marketing, business analytics roles
- Fluency in English is required + Spanish or Polish desirable
- Project management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point)
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Proactiveness and outperformance mindset
- Collaboration & networking skills
- First international experience (studies exchanged, internship) as an asset
- Full permanent work permit in the EU
