  • Gather and prepare data from Client/RRD systems for projects and reports,
  • Run daily reports, consolidate, summarise & share with relevant RRD departments,
  • Carry out data analysis, summarise and present in a user friendly manner appropriate to the requestor,
  • Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to improve performance metrics,
  • Submit and maintain RRD user access on client applications,
  • Manage client escalations proactively with relevant internal and external teams,
  • Participate in Client projects where RRD is directly impacted such as client application upgrades etc.,
  • Participate in team meetings and project teams to deliver solutions for SCM and Account Management issues and process improvements,
  • Represent RRD at client meetings and forums in a professional manner and work to agreed deadlines,
  • Work with team to develop smart reports with user friendly outputs,
  • Occasional end of quarter support may be required,


  • Fluent Business English,
  • MS Skills including MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint,
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience (purchasing, planning or equivalent) in similar role in international environment,
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) influencing and relationship building skills,
