About this opportunity

Welcome to the Internal Custody team. We add value by supporting our customers in tax, proxy and corporate action events activities. As Assistant Service Operations Officer / Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in providing agreed level of service to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
  • Providing services according to Service Level Agreement.
  • Support clients in corporate action and income processes on Swedish market.
  • Participating in internal projects in Trading & Custody Services area.
  • Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer’s businesses and prospects.

Your experience and background:

  • Advanced English skills (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge\experience from settlement\corporate action area will be an asset
  • Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
  • Analytical, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
