About this opportunity
Welcome to the Internal Custody team. We add value by supporting our customers in tax, proxy and corporate action events activities. As Assistant Service Operations Officer / Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in providing agreed level of service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
- Providing services according to Service Level Agreement.
- Support clients in corporate action and income processes on Swedish market.
- Participating in internal projects in Trading & Custody Services area.
- Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer’s businesses and prospects.

Your experience and background:
- Advanced English skills (both oral and written)
- Knowledge\experience from settlement\corporate action area will be an asset
- Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
- Analytical, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
