About this opportunity

Welcome to the RCS Sec. Settlement SE & CSDR Penalties team. We add valueby ensuring smooth Securities Settlement on Swedish and Global Markets for Retail and Corporate Clients as well as performing and developing the process of CSDR Penalties which Nordea has to deliver as an external regulation. As Assistant Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in our clients’ great experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with securities on Swedish and global markets
  • Process penalties for delayed transactions
  • Building your knowledge about the end to end client’s journey in Nordea
  • Cooperating with our stakeholders i. e. front office, Custody Services and others
  • Participating in improving our daily work and procedures

You’ll join our self-driven, well communicated and very commited team. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English on communicative level (B2)
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous experience in working in a team
  • Financial education or experience in finance company is an additional asset
