Junior Process Officer in Trade Finance
Trade Finance department in NOC is a part of Global Trade Finance at Nordea with close cooperation between the units. TF NOC Teams are responsible for handling Collections (compliance, registration of documents, payments, communication with banks, financings) and checking documents under Letter of Credit.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling Trade Finance related daily duties in one of the Teams, in order to provide the best service to Nordea Customers
- Cooperating with other employees to share knowledge, experience and good practice
- proposing changes to increase the efficiency of supported processes,
- analysis of banking processes, initiation and implementation of improvement activities based on Lean Methodology,
- cooperation with Scandinavian Nordea’s branches.
The qualifications you need
- English on communicative level (at least B1), both spoken and written is a must,
- have at least secondary education,
- analytical thinking,
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- highly developed interpersonal skills,
- accuracy and preciseness in carrying out tasks,
- commitment and high motivation to work,
- openness, flexibility and positive attitude.
