We’d like to announce that Takeda SCE has just started the recruitment for the 2nd edition of our innovative program for students – Takeda Digital Accelerators.
This is a skill-building program in which students with an interest in intelligent automation (IA) and continuous improvement (CI) can develop next-generation capabilities in a dynamic learning environment at our modern site in Lodz.
We will offer 12 talented students the chance to join an intensive learning opportunity at Takeda. In that program the students will:
- Take a 2-month challenge (collaborate with the team to solve a real business case)
- Learn how to create a bot and later present the work in front of the business leaders
- Have a chance to win a paid rotational internship across TBS!

We will gladly welcome talented young people to TBS! We’re looking for passionate, driven and open-minded students (of a 3rd or 5th year preferably) who are excited about new technologies. You do not need to know much about AI or creating bots – you will be provided with loads of interesting trainings (including Power BI or White Belt).
