Accounts Assistant – Internship
The role will assist to process and code the monthly invoices and expenses. This role will report directly to the Chief Accountant.
Specific tasks will include:
• Responsibility for all purchase invoices – keeping registry, uploading invoices into the SAP, ensuring that all accounting processes within this role are well documented and purchase invoices are properly described
• Setting up business partners in SAP
• Liaising with employees for all queries relating to travel & expense claims including travel insurance
• Reconciliation of all supplier statements and all purchase ledger accounts
• Responsibility for petty cash transactions to be properly registered and documented
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting in daily administrative tasks
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will be on 4th/5th year studies related to finance who is keen to develop their career in a dynamic and ambitious company. As this is a new and young team, the role is quite varied and will suit the candidate who is keen to try new challenges and push their own learning. You will be able to demonstrate:
• Attention to detail is essential, good organizational skills
• Strong Excel and Microsoft skills
• Good command of English (fluency)
• Good interpersonal skills
