R2R and Analytics Specialist

Currently we are looking for exceptional R2R and Analytics Specialist to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

This role blends core finance activities of management reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting alongside providing financial decision support to finance directors. The role holder is expected to be able to develop a business partnering skillset to provide end-to-end support to the finance team.

The Team

Reporting is team of high-qualified specialists able to execute independently the most demanding tasks. Our team cooperates very closely with the business finance teams to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and supports business operations. We are providing at the same time continuous improvements to the systems and processes in place to ensure the best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency.

The Opportunity

On daily basis, you will be able to demonstrate progressive, proactive skills. You will have an opportunity to share as well as build your knowledge in the area of reporting. Working closely with other members of the teams your main tasks will be to:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective monthly reporting process, providing insight and analysis to support finance team.
  • Leverage the new global BPI/BW/SAP platforms to drive efficiencies in reporting processes and build greater insight into results.
  • Take part in the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting activities
  • Be a trusted partner to finance director and other members of finance team, providing a financially biased lens and decision support.
  • Supporting the finance team in understanding their variances to budget
  • Support finance team in building a best practice approach to management reporting and analysis.
  • Support various reporting processes

Performance measures

  • Timely and accurate monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Delivery of insightful analysis to support finance director
  • Strong relationships built with finance team.
  • Provision of high quality decision support, enhancing initiative outputs.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in SSC/BPO
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent courses with experience
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Good command of English, both verbal and in writing
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • VBA/Access/SQL will be an asset
  • Proven knowledge of SAP/BW
  • High level of customer service and very good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Junior R2R Accountant

Currently we are looking for Junior R2R Accountant to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)

The successful candidate will be responsible for a robust general ledger environment ensuring that all general ledger journals, accruals, reconciliations and other general ledger transactions are undertaken in own area of responsibility, including provision of support to the completion of month end and statutory accounts as appropriate.

Core responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records in agreed areas of responsibility
  • Perform monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for agreed areas of responsibility
  • Perform month end closing activities for agreed areas of responsibility
  • Liaison with the customers both internal and external
  • Liaison with the auditors both internal and external
  • Continuous improvements to systems and processes in place to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Liaising closely with all finance groups within the SSC and other support functions as necessary
  • Internal control execution
  • Ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

  • University degree or last year of studies (preferable accountancy, economy or finance)
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting area (preferred GL and Reporting) will be an asset
  • Willing to develop in FA area
  • Ability to work well under time pressure
  • Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solution orientated with “can-do” attitude
  • Very good English language skills (level B2 at least)
  • Advanced Excel skills will be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP or other integrated system will be an asset
