Junior Process Officer / Process Officer / Process Specialist in Cash Management Operations Sweden F2F and Investigations Team
Opis stanowiska:
Swedish Financial to Financial and Investigations Team as a part of Cash Management Operations Sweden is responsible for providing service in case of any queries/corrections concerning payments area and manual processing financial payments between banks. To our team we are looking for proactive person with high time management skills, who takes responsibilities and is not afraid of new challenges.
The position we offer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Correction of beneficiary information details (beneficiary claims non receipt and unable to apply, amendment of beneficiary account, name or bank)
- Cancellations of payments
- Return of funds to customers and banks
- Investigation of cover problems
- Provide information on banks requests regarding Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
- Booking Financial to Financial payments
- Deal with Loro Account Management process (LAM)
- Preparing different kind of reports, statistics
- Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
- Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
The qualification you need:
- Graduated at least secondary school (economical or financial education will be an asset)
- Experience in banking area, especially in payments, nostro reconciliation / settlements will be an asset
- English on professional level (B2 at least)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Analytical skills
- To be keen on learning new tasks and you get motivated by working in a changing international environment
- Ability to act in stressful situations
- Ability to work effectively as a team player

Test Specialist
We are currently looking for a Test Specialist experienced in multinational projects with a very good command of English language to join the Strategic Projects PL team. We are part of a global team consisting of around 70 employees working on a cross border of business and IT within the area of Capital Markets Services.
In this role you will plan and coordinate test activities in the cross border environment including countries such as: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway & Poland. Majority of the test team is currently based in Denmark and we are also in the process of building up the test centre in Poland. You will be responsible for the core activities of the test effort, which involves planning, resource allocation and communication with the stakeholders. As part of the training you will be expected to travel to the Nordic countries for a period of to 4 to 6 weeks as well as on the job for shorter periods of time.
The position we offer
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Participate in the regression testing process
- Ensure the appropriate planning of the test process and distribution of responsibilities among the test resources
- Evaluate test result conducted in each test cycle in order to give a ‚go’ or ‚no go’ to the release and report the test circle process to management
- Drive continuous improvement within the test team and also tap onto activities in the testing communities
- Support the regression testing automation process
- Assess the progress and effectiveness of the test effort to minimise costs
- Align with an overall bank’s test strategy and drive for simplification
- Ensure that test tools meets team’s needs and guarantee the availability of test environment as well as the test data for the critical testing periods

The qualifications you need
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of the test methods from unit to integration, end-2-end, user acceptance, GUI, API testing
- Experience with continuous integration and test automation frameworks, as well as tools supporting the testing process (JIRA, source code control tools).
- Strong interpersonal skills and people skills
- Strong hands-on approach and a will to directly contribute to team’s activities
- Agile testing process experience is a nice to have as well as a Capital Markets basic knowledge
