Junior Process Officer in Cards 4 Disputes Team

We are looking for a trainee to support claims handling process in Cards 4 Team. This is an opportunity for you to support investigatation of disputed transactions and work with MasterCard and VISA regulations of chargebacks. Junior Process Officer in Cards 4 Disputes Team, Łódź

You’ll join Cards Department where we handling various processes related to credit and debit cards

What you’ll be doing:

◾ Working with Disputes process for Norwegian and Swedish customers

◾ Getting experience on interesting and based on international regulations process

◾ Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

◾ Working in great team and nice atmosphere

◾ Good knowledge of MS Office tools
