About this opportunity

Welcome to the Talent Attraction team. We add value by proactively attracting and approaching potential candidates with a mission to find a perfect fit for them and for Nordea. As Student in Talent Attraction, Warsaw you’ll play a valuable role in building the employer brand for Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting main employer branding projects in Poland and Nordics, currently we’re working on: social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), employee advocacy programme, many external/internal employer branding campaigns (brand awareness and recruitment focused) and events – when they finally come back 😊
• Supporting teammates with project-related tasks
• Contributing in creative sessions and developing ideas
• Proactively participating in continuous improvement of the Talent Attraction area globally
• Cooperating with employees within People area

You’ll join an experienced EB team, 5 of us are based in Poland – draw inspiration!. The role is based in Warsaw.

You should apply if you:

• are available at least 30 hours per week
• are currently enrolled in university study programme
• communicate in English fluently

Your experience and background:

  • have experience in conducting branding/HR activities
  • have educational background in Marketing, Psychology, Journalism fields or related
