About this opportunity

Welcome to the Talent Acquisition & Attraction PL team. We add value by proactively attracting and approaching potential candidates with a mission to find a perfect fit for them and for Nordea. For us, every hiring decision has a great impact on Nordea. Therefore, we strive to be talent advisors toward the business, providing high quality sparring at every step of the recruitment process. You will join a diverse, consistent team of 30 recruitment and employer branding specialists, spread across two locations in Poland: Łódź, Warszawa. At Nordea we work in a hybrid model combining remote and office days.

What you’ll learn:

  • Accompanying candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Creating great candidate experience
  • Supporting recruiters with all recruitment related tasks
  • Advising and supporting hiring people leaders
  • Proactively participating in continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition area
  • Communicating with international stakeholders (Hiring Leaders and Recruiters from different cultural backgrounds)

  • Are willing to develop in recruitment area
