Our client is the first Car Enterprise to switch to 100% Electric and aims to transform into a leading player in urban premium electric and connected mobility and aiming to introduce an innovative business model, that is customer-centric, data-driven, direct-to-customer & will have an agent-based sales model

The role in our organisation

Conduent is hiring a dedicated Social Media Community Management Team to provide support within this multilingual Customer Engagement Centre. Based in our newly renovated office space in Lodz, you will receive full professional training on the skills, knowledge and brand awareness for this position. We are seeking Associates to work in Spanish and English language specifically.

The Customer Engagement Centre operates between 9:00 and 17:15 Monday to Friday and for 40 hours per week.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Be first point of contact for our client’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and more! Answering queries that may include all kind of commercial and client queries,
  • Become an advocate for the organisation in social media platforms, transforming customers into loyal fans, enhance brand reputation and attracting new customers,
  • Engage with customers and prospects on social media to identify purchase opportunities, develop tactics to drive our client’s strategic objectives and become an expert to identify new opportunities in the social media landscape,
  • Actively listening on a variety of social media channels to monitor the brand, products and commentary. Tracking, providing analysis on and responding to conversations as appropriate.
  • Bring innovative ideas to help contribute as well as fulfil social media strategy,
  • Work with marketing and social media team members to coordinate campaigns with social media strategy and manage social media campaign responses,
  • Measure and monitor social media objectives, using this information to help develop additional activities,
  • Assist social media management with campaign responses and events,
  • Your role will develop to include customer engagement through new channels in the future(phone and email)as we grow the project together.

Knowledge & Experience

  • C2/C1 level of Spanish and at least B2 English
  • A passion for Social Media (insight on communication techniques on websites: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) or experience working in this or a similar marketing area,
  • Ability to manage different tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner,
  • Working in an agile manner to switch between different tasks,
  • A desire to work in an evolving landscape where new ideas and innovation are always at the forefront of your activity,
  • Empathetic approach to each situation, ability to understand customer position and urge need to assist during the process,
  • An engaging personality with a genuine feel for customer service,
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey a message both verbally and in written form,
  • Desire to grow and develop your skills to develop your role alongside the brand,
  • Understand of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions,
  • Good use of IT systems,
  • Affinity with Social Media Management and CRM tools is a nice to have,
  • Desire to provide excellence in all you do,
  • An interest in or affinity with the automotive sector.
