Service Delivery Manager

As Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee daily communication of large cloud service customers at Digital Workforce and be responsible for Service Delivery Management, including day to day operational processes, operational KPI’s and cost assurance according to strategic goals. In addition, you will participate in service process development with other Operations team members. In this role you represent the customer towards the Service Delivery Organization, taking care of Digital Workforce’s commitments to customers. The role covers Poland and other territories and includes managing a small team of local SDMs’.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Maintaining good relationships with the clients
  • Controlling the quality-of-service delivery
  • Ensuring Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs
  • Enabling the delivery of a high-quality service to end users
  • Identifying growth opportunities within a customer
  • Keeping our customers satisfied and improving the company’s services

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics or other relevant degree
  • 2+ years of working experience with vendor management
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
  • Experience in operations and customer facing situations addressing regional support engagement

Nice to have:

  • Project Management and ITIL knowledge
  • ISO 20000 knowledge
