You are responsible for

Support Source to Contract Team in daily operations

Working with procurement tools especially SAP Ariba Source to Contract (S2C)

Working with cross-functional teams

Verification of the documents concerning compliance towards internal and external regulations

Revision of the existing databases

Interaction with contract owners and internal stakeholders

Preparation of analysis and reports

Identifying and implementing business development opportunities

You are a part of

Procurement Governance Team and you will help the team to further improve processes and tools related to Sourcing and Contracting activities.

Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Currently studying towards your University degree (Economic or Business-related studies would be an asset)

Available at least 30h/week

Good Excel knowledge, VBA will be a plus

Fluent in spoken and written English

Quick learner

Good communication skills

Analytical mind with an eye for detail
