As a junior project coordinator you will be responsible for smooth implementation of the administration process in an ongoing, long-distance IT projects, closely cooperate within PMs and Customer Success Managers.

We recruit fully remotely in three stages:
• in the beginning, we will invite you to pass the tests: English and analytical & logical-thinking,
• the next step is an online meeting with Piotr and Agnieszka,
• the final step is a practical task.

Your main responsibilities:
• supporting the team of project managers within the projects administration tasks, i.e documents workflow, preparing reports, verifying accomplishment of KPI’s and timesheets completeness,
• coordinating communication and information flow between Hycom, clients and internal controlling team,
• supporting project managers in the budgeting process, creating long-term plans, as well as forecasting financial results for projects,
• supporting teams in business trip or meetings organization.

You will perfectly fit us if you have:
• master or bachelor degree in economics, administration or finance,
• ability to think analytically and procced large amounts of data,
• level master knowledge of MS Excel,
• knowledge of controlling techniques in the field of IT project implementation and monitoring costs,
• great communication skills and independence in performing assigned tasks,
• high – developed responsibility and attention to details,
• very good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:
• basic knowledge of project management methodologies,
• reporting skills based on data analysis tools,
• knowledge of German at the communicative level.
