About this opportunity

You’ll join Cash Management Operations Finland Onboarding, where we are enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services.

What you’ll be doing:

Onboarding corporate customers to electronic banking systems
Creating and sending agreements
Contacting stakeholders in Finland to clarify issues and solve problems
Processing New, Change and Termination of services

Your profile and background:

English level at least B2
MS Office knowledge
Analytical thinking
Able to work well in fast passed environment
Quick learner, eager to gain new knowledge

Economic/banking/administrative educational background would be an asset
Backoffice/corporate experience would be an asset
