About this opportunity

Welcome to the Product Onboarding FI team. We add value by delivering the highest quality service and operations to our customers in Business Banking. As Junior Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in in key activities for Customers’ good.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling both complex and routine tasks connected with Daily Banking Services
  • Actively gaining process knowledge
  • Identifying and proposing improvements
  • Co-operating with different stakeholders across Nordea

You’ll join an international team of amazing and supportive people The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English on communicative level (at least B1)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Very good communication skills
