About this opportunity

Welcome to the Financial Plan Services 1 team. We add value by professional taking care of pension products of our customers. As Junior Process Officer in Financial Plan Services, Lodz you’ll play a valuable role in delivering high quality services and collaborating with various stakeholders across Danmark and Poland.

What you’ll be doing:

  • managing pension accounts, e.g. opening, merging and closing accounts; implementing changes on accounts
  • handling money transfers and setting pension payouts
  • creating financial plans for the customers
  • taking well care of process documentation
  • solving process issues with stakeholders and banking advisors
  • improving and optimizing process flow
  • gaining and extending process knowledge through educations and trainings

You’ll join a an awesome team consist of people with sence of humor and a lot of patience, doing their best to support you with your onboarding process. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English on level at least B1
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office tools
