About this opportunity

Welcome to the Cash Management Finland International Incoming Payments & F2F team. We add value by operating and supporting international payments for Nordic customer within Finnish Cash Management Value Chain. As Junior Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven’t been able to process automatically, due to insufficient or incorrect information.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executing bank to bank transfers,
  • Processing queries for other units regarding bank to bank transfers,
  • Analyzing SWIFT messages and setting up routings,
  • Looking for incorrections and exceptions in the process.

You’ll join an open and friendly team that is very proactive and engaged in daily work, strongly focused on a client, high quality and constant development. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • English language skills on communicative level (at least B1),
  • MS Office tools on at least basic level,
  • Banking knowledge on basic level,
  • Good communication skills.
