About this opportunity

Welcome to the Cash Management Operation team. We add value by enabling customers to use the services Nordea offers. As Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in in operating and enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
  • Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
  • Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Nordic coutries
  • Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures

You’ll join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience
  • English on communicative level (at least B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to details and clear communication skills
