Key responsibilities:

– Proactive collection to ensure timely payments from customers
– Complete reviews of new customer financial data to determine an appropriate level of credit limit
– Contact with customers for payment details
– Credit assessment and blocked order release
– Participation in improvement projects
– Cooperation with other team members

Requirements:

– Knowledge of English and Dutch at min. C1 level
– At least secondary education (High School diploma)
– At least 1 year of experience in F&A or customer service area
– Customer orientation
– Excellent communication skills
– Team player attitude
