About this opportunity

Welcome to the Safekeeping PL team. As Assistant Service Operations Officer/Service Operations Officer  you’ll play a valuable role in  tasks related to account administration, reports and building a positive relationship with our clients in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily opening, changing and closing global and sub-custody safekeeping accounts
  • Accounting data entry
  • Answering Audit requests
  • Creating or updating work instructions
  • Proposing and implementing improvement initiatives
  • Taking part in various projects (relating processes or business areas)
  • Representing the team across department and with stakeholders

  • Able to use English language in an effective and communicative manner
